Ballpark Brat Pizza

Take me out…for another slice!


  • - 1 12” Crustology® pizza crust, any variety
  • - 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • - 1/4 cup apricot jam
  • - 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • - 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • - 1 pack of beer brats, chopped
  • - 1/2 cup black olives, finely chopped
  • - 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • - 8 oz. sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded


1. Mix the yellow mustard and apricot jam together to create a sauce. Set aside.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, and add the onions and bacon.

3. Cook, stirring often until the bacon is fully cooked. Transfer the bacon and onion mixture to a bowl.

4. To the same skillet, add the chopped brats. Cook until browned (6-8 minutes), stirring occasionally.

5. Place the Crustology® pizza crust of your choice on a pan or screen with the darker, bubbled side down.

6. Spread a thin layer of mustard and apricot jam sauce over the crust.

7. Top with brats, shredded cheese, black olives, and the bacon and onion mixture.

8. Cook in the lower half of your oven (with convection OFF) at 450°F for 12-15 minutes, or until the bottom is brown and toppings are fully cooked. 

9. Remove from oven, let it cool for 2-3 minutes before cutting, serve, and enjoy!
