Refund policy

In keeping with our commitment to provide the freshest crusts possible our crusts are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your crusts, we encourage you to contact us at 262-722-9440 between 8am and 4pm CST or at info@crustology.com.

REFUND POLICY

  • If your crusts arrive defective or damaged please contact us at info@crustology.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange. Photos of the defective or damaged crusts must be sent as part of your refund claim review.

  • Crustology® is not responsible for spoilage due to user error.
