We are Chris Miller and Anne Cookson, a brother-sister duo who co-founded Crustology® Handcrafted Pizza Crusts together. We grew up around pizza crust our whole lives, thanks to our family’s business, Baker's Quality®, so we know what good pizza tastes like. Over 30 years and millions (we’re serious, millions…) of pizzas later, we wanted to bring our perfectly crisp Midwest cracker crusts to the masses. Our fresh, handmade pizza crusts store easily and allow you to quickly and healthily feed your family and friends at a moment’s notice.

Anne’s strong managerial skills took her from horse farms to retail stores before landing back at Baker’s Quality with Chris in 2013. She found inspiration among the dough and began to brainstorm with Chris to figure out how to take this incredible pizza product a step further. And so the seed for Crustology® was planted...

Eggplant Meatball

The food industry runs in Chris’ blood. After working concession stands and in the production room at the family business with Anne as kids, he purchased the rights to sell a private-label soda company’s product to bars and restaurants in southeastern Wisconsin. Come 2012, Chris decided it was time to work with family again and dedicate his time to Baker’s Quality.
